Storage and Freshness Guidelines
All DaySpring products—especially our wheat berries—maintain peak freshness when stored in a cool, dry environment. For optimal shelf life, we highly recommend keeping them in your refrigerator or freezer. [1, 2, 3]
To ensure the highest quality, we maintain a strict cold-chain process:
Post-Cleaning: Cleaned grains are immediately transferred to totes and held in a climate-controlled, refrigerated room.
Milling: Our entire milling facility is fully refrigerated to protect the grains during processing.
