This wheat is USDA Organically certified from a farm in Pennsylvania. We had a crop failure in out largest crop this year and had to buy grains to keep our wholesale customers supplied. We are offering that same grain to you.

The Redeemer has a protein level of 13.3 and has excellent baking qualities for baking bread. It has a rich flavor with great elasticity in the dough.
